Spinach Blast Salad 

Fresh baby spinach

Dried cranberries,

Sunflower seeds,

Garbanzo beans,

Edamame,

Quinoa,

Tomatoes, and

Shredded carrots

Topped with a little hummus dressing

Mix well to coat and enjoy a healthy meal.
